Our Team

 

The Reintegra Int’l team is based in both Mexico and the US, working collaboratively to provide support and encouragement to survivors. Our staff plays a crucial role in aiding the transition from recovery to reintegration. Together, we provide a path forward for those impacted by human trafficking to thrive.

 

Executive Director

Andy helped launch Reintegra Int’l as a US non-profit in 2015. He currently serves as our Executive Director. In this role, Andy gives oversight to the direction of Reintegra, all of our Colorado events, and the finances of Reintegra Int’l.

Latin American Director

Jessica serves as our Latin American Director working with our partners in Mexico City, Tijuana, and Costa Rica. As a psychologist, she also provides direct support and care for the women both currently in our program as well as those still a part of the Reintegra family who reside in Mexico City.

PRESIDENT

Rachel serves as our President. She started working in the counter human trafficking space in 2010. Rachel is a full-time PR Director and Social Media Manager for a real estate investment firm in Houston, TX. She gives part-time hours to advocating for survivors and coordinating our media relations. Rachel is also a member of the board of Reintegra.

Susan Kim Board Chair

Susan has years of experience partnering with nonprofits that serve Mexico. She currently lives in Longmont, CO with her husband Jack, and works for Boulder County Health and Human Services. Susan

 

Rachel Kay Board Member

Rachel helped found Reintegra US in 2015 after receiving her masters degree in ICT for Development from CU Boulder. Rachel currently lives in Houston, TX and works as a PR Director and Social Media Manager.

Brian Inderweis Secretary

Brian is the founder and principal of Longs Peak Analytics. Prior to joining the Reintegra team, Brian served on the board of Cans For Hope, a nonprofit that helps restore lives broken by sexual violence.

 

 

Paul Guerrie Treasurer

Paul is pictured above with his lovely wife Caitlin. Paul, who has been a volunteer with Reintegra since 2015, is a graduate of CU Boulder and an Aerospace Engineer.

Jon Bopp Board Member

Jon graduated with a Masters Degree in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling. He has practiced in the Boulder, CO area for over 35 years. His unique experiences include counseling children with severe childhood abuse, and attachment disorders, and adults with various neurotic disorders.

Tim Mazzola Board Member

Tim Mazzola is a practicing Orthopedic doctor and owner of Breakthrough Regenerative Orthopedics in the Boulder, CO area.
