Our Team

 

The Reintegra Int’l team operates in both Mexico and the US, working hand in hand to support and uplift individuals affected by human trafficking. Our dedicated staff plays a crucial role in guiding the critical journey from recovery to reintegration. Together, we help create pathways that empower those impacted by human trafficking not only to heal but to thrive.

 

Executive Director

Jessica Rosaslanda serves as our Executive Director, working with our partners in Mexico City, Guatemala, and Costa Rica. As a psychologist, she also provides direct support and care for the women, both currently in our program as well as those still a part of the Reintegra family who reside in Mexico City.

Communication Director

Rachel Kay helped establish Reintegra US in 2015 after earning her master’s degree in ICT for Development from the University of Colorado Boulder. Now based in Houston, TX, she serves as a PR Director and Social Media Manager for a foster and adoption agency, where she combines her passion for storytelling with her commitment to supporting vulnerable communities.

Programs & Projects director

Denise García Castañeda, currently residing in Germany, works as a Project Manager for Volkswagen. With a wealth of experience in the automotive industry, she leverages her project management expertise to empower women in the Reintegra community. Denise facilitates life-skills training, helping to guide and support their path toward independence and a brighter future.

Psychology Director

Ixchel Trejo is a criminologist and psychologist who provides direct support to inmates. At Reintegra, she leads psychoeducational workshops and offers personalized support to women in the program.


Our Board

Susan Kim | Board Chair

Susan has years of experience partnering with nonprofits that serve Mexico. She currently lives in Longmont, CO, with her husband, Jack, and works for Boulder County Health and Human Services.

Brian Inderweis | Secretary

Brian is the founder and principal of Longs Peak Analytics. Prior to joining the Reintegra team, Brian served on the board of Cans For Hope, a nonprofit that helps restore lives broken by sexual violence.

Andy McCullough | Co-Founder & Co-Treasurer

Andy helped launch Reintegra Int’l as a US non-profit in 2015. He is currently the Executive Director of Bridges of Opportunity, which is a nonprofit for nonprofits.  Andy currently serves as Co-Treasurer on our board.


Paul Guerrie | Co-Treasurer

Paul has been a volunteer with Reintegra since 2015 and is a graduate of CU Boulder. Paul has worked as an aerospace engineer and recently helped launch the start-up FlowerBuddy.

Rebecca Lockyear | Board Member

Rebecca has been a dedicated volunteer with Reintegra since 2017. A proud alumna of CU Boulder, she works as a geriatric physical therapist in North Carolina, where she combines her expertise and compassion to support the well-being of her patients.

 

Esther Hewitt | Board Member

Esther lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is currently a Master's student in Latin American Studies at the University of New Mexico. She has a degree in sociology and specializes in Participatory Action Research. She also serves on the board of United Voices for Newcomer Rights and is spearheading a university-city collaboration to improve community cohesion by strengthening the food system. 

Estelle Richardson | Board Member

Estelle is a Northern California native who works in communications within the tech industry. Based in San Francisco, she brings creativity and energy to everything she does—both professionally and personally. A passionate runner and natural host, Estelle uses her athleticism, warmth, and lively spirit to build community and champion causes close to her heart.

Alyssa Rodriguez | Board Member

Blending art and compassion, Alyssa has partnered with Reintegra since 2017—bringing creativity into both fundraising and trauma healing for the women of Reintegra. She is the co-founder of Hermana, a partnership between Transform and Reintegra that fosters restorative relationships and community between artists and the women Reintegra serves.
